Our S7-BRIDGE is the world's smallest gateway to all your controllers .
Through integrated WIFI and Ethernet interface, in the housing of a Profibus plug, a mobile access to all PLC systems is no problem.
Wireless access to the MPI/DP bus with S7-300/400, PPI with S7-200 or Profinet on all S7-1200/1500 controllers is no longer an obstacle, it offers the possibility of Access to all other network components.
At the same time, the system works as a S7 network adapter for programming, remote maintenance and for coupling the different PLCs.
Thus, both HMI devices, e.g. current panel series , as well as any other S7-Ethernet device, be connected directly via S7-TCP-IP via LAN & WIFI.

New from firmware version V1.08:
One IP-address for WIFI- and PLC-communication, the device itself recognizes which part of the device you want to access. A very simple thing, no address confusion with different IP-addresses.
Convince yourself of the new and simple functionality. Download the new firmware via the download tab and after the update has been completed, trigger the factory setting in the BRIDGE-interface, the device can now be reached via 192.168.1.56.

The S7 bridge is designed for fast commissioning.
After the module has been plugged into the bus, just set a a IP address directly via the web interface or use the TIC-Driver directly installed @Siemens Software.
After that, the controllers can already be accessed from the network.

STEP-7 / TIA / WIN-CC / MICROWIN:
Thanks to the TIC driver, every additional installation outside the Siemens world is eliminated.
The configuration takes place direkt in the PG-PC interface and is thus optimally integrated.
Each network device that speaks RFC1006 S7-TCP / IP, such as HMI devices or PGs can access the module directly.
The adapter can be integrated in the S7 project itself, but does not have to be, so operation is possible without changing the project .
The S7 communication runs directly via S7 TCP / IP and expands every MPI bus / PROFIBUS by a network gateway.
It does not matter which controller type, S7-200 / S7-300 / S7-400 , hang in the fieldbus PLC network.
- Thanks to aktiv PUT / GET , integrated directly in the module, no expensive CP's are required for PLC couplings.
- Supports Banner maintenance via VPN tunnel thanks to fully integrated TCP-IP stack with gateway configuration.

Programming / Adapting / Converting
The S7 bridge can be used directly as a WLAN gateway for PLCs. Program and visualize S7 PLC via WLAN is no longer a problem. Thanks to ext. Power supply also usable as Profinet-WIFI adapter.
