Anlagenwartung weltweit per Telefon
Welcher Anlagenprogrammierer kennt dies nicht: Am Freitag, kurz vor dem Wochenende, kommt ein Anruf vom Kunden: „Die Produktion steht still, nichts geht mehr. Sie müssen das Problem sofort beheben. Sonst...usw.“. Da bleibt nichts anderes übrig als so schnell wie möglich zum Kunden zu fahren, um die wichtige Anlage wieder in Gang zu setzen.
Was mag das Problem sein? Welcher Eingang, der zur Freigabe des Programmablaufs nötig ist, ist nicht gesetzt? Liegt das Problem an einem Endschalter?
Während der weiten Fahrt zum Kunden drängen sich einem viele solcher Fragen auf. Da kommt es schon mal vor, dass man noch fehlende Verknüpfungen im eigenen SPS-Programm entdeckt. Wäre es da nicht schön, das Problem einfach mit einem Anruf aus der Welt zu schaffen.
