Simatic-Manager and PC-adapter-driver under Windows 64-bit:
Siemens has the driver "PC-Adapter.xxx.1" for Simatic-Manager installations under 64-bit Windows limited. No serial COM port can be set, all serial adapters can no longer be used.
Remedy:
USB- or LAN-products like "MPI-USB-/MPI-II-cable / S7-USB-module / S7-LAN-module" and "TIC-driver"

Communication-driver S7-TCPIP RFC1006 and no data from S7-1x00-PLC:
With these controls, the external PUT/GET-access must be explicitly enabled in the HW-configuration. In addition, when accessing to DBs, the optimized block-access must be deactivated for these DBs.
Then restart the PLC, otherwise no data in the controller can be accessed.

Read back project from configured panel without an existing source-project:
A configured panel can only be read back if the option "Read back allowed" was set. If this option is not set, a backup of the panel can be created and copied to panels of the same construction,
but no changes are possible. The source-project is then required for this. If the option is set, the panel can be read out directly with the configuration-tool.
