Integration of H1(ISO)-S5 production plants 02/2025
Integration/linking of your H1(ISO)-S5 systems
with production data acquisition/OPC server

for your PLC-components we have following
News / Innovations:

Show in browser

If you still have S5 production systems with H1(ISO)-interface and need data from them in your production data acquisition or your OPC UA server, then assign these systems an IP-address and communicate using the S7 network protocol.
  • Make H1(ISO)-devices accessible via S7-TCPIP RFC1006
  • Each H1(ISO)-device has its own IP-address with port 102 for S7-TCPIP RFC1006
  • 50 parallel connections with one device
Our solution for all these H1(ISO)-systems:
S5-LAN++
Protocol converter S7-TCPIP <=> H1(ISO)
(further information => click on the picture)

S5-LAN++ still available:
S7-LAN++
S5-LAN++
(further information => click on the picture)

Photovoltaics "connection with wallbox"/"control other devices" without wiring:
S7-LAN++
(further information => click on the picture)

Avoid unnecessary defective S5-PG-ports due to constant reconnection of PG and control-panel. Two participants parallel on one S5-PLC.

New firmware/software version(s):
  • CONNECT:
    - Integration "protocol converter-option S7-TCPIP RFC1006 <=> H1(ISO)"
    - Integration fallback router-interface, device uses fallback-interface
      if no internet is available on router-interface
    - Integration Backup/Restore of device-configuration
    - Integration of the 5GHz band (only for CONNECT-II devices)
    - Support for proxy-servers with authentication (Basic, Digest, NTLM (V2))
    - Extending WIFI-security to WPA3, WPA Enterprise
    - Integrated DHCP server configured for IP-address-range
    - Specifying the peripheral-addresses when commissioning the
      remote-maintenance option mandatory
    - Fixed a bug that caused devices to become unreachable after
      a prolonged loss of cloud-communication
    - Fixed an issue where the cloud could no longer be found when
      multiple gateway-IP-addresses were entered
    - The function of the parallel WIFI-AP depended on the CONNECT
      state of the WIFI-client-connection (if this was OFFLINE, no AP worked).
