Each work step is defined reproducibly and permanently documented by a clear description in words and pictures. The products are optically and electrically tested after each individual production step. Each finished product will be in 24 hours an increased stress-test and permanently documented. After the test in the stress-test, each tested device is subjected to a functional-test and finally optically examined for even the smallest damage. Thus, we can always honestly guarantee a 100%-quality.
Certifications:
All our products are tested in an EMC-laboratory for compliance with the relevant CE-directives. A non-lived ISO-certification was avoided in the sense of the customer, which was confirmed by various controls many of our well-known customers.
